How to Use:

After washing your hair, apply a small amount of Wells Organics Fenugreek Ayurvedic Leave-In Conditioner to damp hair, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. Comb through to ensure even distribution. Style as desired. No need to rinse out.

For Braiding: - Apply a dab of cream lightly, with your fingertip at the root of each section that is to be braided.  If hair is not detangled prior, then use it to detangle hair before braiding.  If blow drying is preferred, apply before or after blow drying, then braid.

For Twisting: - Apply the cream from root to tip of each section of hair to be twisted, then proceed to style as usual.

Processing Times

Domestic orders are shipped through USPS (United States Postal Service) and International are shipped through USPS, UPS, or DHL and have a shipping timeframe of up to 21 days.

Our normal processing time is 3-9 business days. During HOLIDAY SEASON and SALES, please allow 10-18 business days of processing during.  If there are ever any changes or delays, we will keep you updated.

Business days consist of M-F (no weekends)

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Also please note: Please double check your entered email address at checkout. If you enter the incorrect email then your confirmation emails and all other emails will bounce and you will not receive important information. Please double check :)

Incorrect Shipping Information

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the re-delivery cost. We are not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.

Lost/Stolen or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim. 

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged please send us an email immediately with photos included to wellsorganics6@gmail.com.

Packages that are marked as Delivered but not Received

We are not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the courier but you did not receive it. Once an item is marked delivered, we can no longer file a claim on that package. Please contact the carrier and provide your tracking number and details about your package so that they may assist you!

International:

Canadian Customers

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

International Customs:

The purchaser is responsible to pay any applicable taxes or duties that may apply. We do not calculate or collect taxes or duties from you. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to check country and local regulations and policies of the receiving country and abide by those. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to be sure the Customs Department permits the shipment of our products to your country and what the duties or tariffs may be upon delivery. We will not provide a refund on the shipping of the package if it is refused by customs or by yourself, due to regulations and taxes or duties. If the package is seized by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we can not issue a refund
